Running primarily Freightliner Century Class tractors, Jeff has found he can trust both the trucks, and the customer service that comes with them. "We feel good about the reliability of these tractors, and we’re always impressed with the condition they’re in when they come to us. They’re great about getting the trucks road-ready. We’re pleased with the warranty programs, and haven’t really had any trouble in that area."
More than just a typical sales relationship, Jeff has found Carroll goes far beyond what’s expected. "He’s three hours away from us, but he’ll drive up just to take me to lunch, even if we’re not looking to purchase right at that time. That’s just the kind of person Carroll is."
