As a Daimler Trucks North America-affiliated company, you can be sure that we know trucks very well. At the same time, it’s also critical to know what our customers think. So we recently initiated a Customer Satisfaction Index to evaluate each SelecTrucks Center based on real feedback. Customers complete an initial survey just after purchase — then they’re surveyed again at six months and 12 months after purchase to evaluate truck performance and rate our service and support network. Because after you leave the lot, we believe our relationship’s really just getting started.
